the process

To ensure your experience goes smoothly I will be here for you to ask any questions at any point during your jouney with your family.

1.

CONTACT ME

Before booking your session reach out and contact me via email or by phone. Speaking to you directly ensures I am fully able to understand what you have in mind and what you want to take from your session. It is also ok if you do not know. I am here to help and guide you through the process.

BOOKING PROPOSAL

After your discovery call you will be sent a booking proposal. This will include a contract and payment of your session fee – £99. Here you will be able to select any extras such as hair and make up, Hair only or makeup only. If at any point you need help with the booking proposal you can send me a Whatsapp message on 07455499488 at any point and I will be in contact as soon as I possibly can.

At the end of your booking proposal will be a link for your questionnaire. This allows me to get to know what you are looking for when it comes to your photoshoot. There will be an option to choose which package you wish to purchase on your questionnaire. This will only need to be paid for at your reveal appointment but does help me determine how much time is needed to photograph when booking time out of my calendar. Mini sessions take much less time than full sessions.

The session fee does not come off the package prices and includes NO IMAGES

3.

BOOKING YOUR SESSION

You will be sent a link via email to book your newborn photoshoot via the scheduler, You will have the freedom to choose the day and time that best suits you and your family. Once this has been accepted by me (The photographer) you will be sent an email with the details of your booking and access to your very own online portal where you can view your contract, invoices, appointments etc..

Details of where to park in our allocated parking bays and directions to the studio will also be in this email.

4.

OPTIONAL PRE-SHOOT CONSULTATION

Your will be given the option to join me at the studio for a pre-photoshoot consultation. This will be more of a first informal meet where you can get to know me and my beautiful studio before the big day. Feel free to ask questions and look around the studio.

5.

THE PHOTOSHOOT

Upon entering the studio you will be offered a drink and we will briefly just go over the equipment to be used. If you have opted for hair and makeup you will then be seated for this first. Throughout your photoshoot feel free to relax and help yourself to snacks and refreshments . If you have opted for middle or top package you will be guided through poses for the family part of your session.

6.

THE REVEAL APPOINTMENT

After your session you will be invited back between 1-2 weeks after your session to view your images on our screen. You will be offered refreshments and snacks and shown a slideshow of your images, You will then be shown products and frame choices should you wish to purchase wall art or print products. At your reveal appointment you will pay for your chosen package and any wall art products you wish to order.

You will be guided through your ordering appointment with plenty of options to choose from. If you are unsure what you wish to purchase I will be there to help you choose what is right for you and your home if you wish.

7.

ORDER COLLECTION

Once your products arrive at the studio they will be opened and checked to ensure they are in perfect condition. You will then be contacted regarding the collection of your artwork.
